I’m heading for the beach this evening. To help me cope with the parking lot that is 495,
I’ve purchased a bag of Doritos…Hey, it’s my vacation I’m allowed to!

training update from last week. I hit some fairly nice numbers, for me at least. I kind
of stunk it up on the deads hitting 525; I know I have plenty more. I benched 405 for the first time, so
that was cool. Saturday I hit a 550 squat with belt and knee wraps.
