I’m only doing movements that I hate/am terrible at for a while.  Great fun!  I have a hunch that I’ll get stronger…

 

Strict OH Press 4x5@I’m pathetic and weak. Can I stop saying that now?

I’m heading for the beach this evening.  To help me cope with the parking lot that is 495, I’ve purchased a bag of Doritos…Hey, it’s my vacation I’m allowed to!

 

Quick training update from last week.  I hit some fairly nice numbers, for me at least.  I kind of stunk it up on the deads hitting 525; I know I have plenty more.  I benched 405 for the first time, so that was cool.  Saturday I hit a 550 squat with belt and knee wraps.

 

The bear needs some sun…
