I remember is conventional deadlifting 3x5x3 (:10 rest in bet sets of five; that’s right, I did 45 reps of 335 last
night). Sarah calls them cluster sets, I call them *#*@ sets. I supersetted this with
chinups and banded “No Money;” I had :30 of rest in between each exercise. I don’t remember
what ensued after this first complex; I’ve tried to block it from my memory.
It feels like a train ran over my spinal erectors…

Still pushing and pulling, but without much of a purpose. Bottom line is, I just need to pick
