Top 10 Exercises to Improve Shooting Accuracy & Range

In the push pattern of shooting there are a series of joint actions that occur. Make the muscles responsible for these actions stronger and you’ll find yourself with a more accurate shot, better technique, and great range.

Here are the muscles and muscle actions that need to be targeted:
•    Shoulder flexion (raising the arm) - anterior and medial deltoid, upper portion of the pectoralis major.
•    Elbow extension - triceps brachii
•    Wrist flexion - flexor carpi radialis and flexor carpi ulnaris.

To make a significant improvement in shooting range, technique, and accuracy try these 10 exercises:
1.    Bench Press
2.    Lying 45-Degree Triceps Extension
3.    Forearm Pronation and Supination
4.    Triceps Pushdown
5.    Feet Elevated Pushups
6.    Wrist Curls
7.    Finger Exercises in Rice Bucket
8.    Lax Ball Wrist Flick to Wall
