"The Oldies" is how we lovingly refer to our adult population of trainees. It is possible to lose weight,
lose body fat, increase strength & flexibility, and just generally look and feel better no matter what your age.
We
happily work with trainees of all ages, but those individuals who fit best with us tend to have a fairly extensive athletic
or military background and enjoy working hard to see great results!
