new peaks in their performance we begin to introduce training concepts and provide educational resources with an eye towards
self-reliance. Therefore, when ready, a SAPT athlete will be prepared to continue training both effectively and independently!
Dedication: As a staff, we have committed every effort to providing
our clients with programs that are unparalleled in the industry. The integration of training,
nutrition and lifestyle are the foundation of achievement in optimal programs. Simultaneously harnessing and developing
these three variables ensures that we eliminate any potential weak links in the student-athlete’s chain of success.
