Training Philosophy

Our model for performance success is based around three concepts: education. dedication, and determination. With these three variables working together we elicit remarkable results!

Education: The most important aspect to any performance training program is the experience, research, and reasoning behind it. As we take our athletes to new peaks in their performance we begin to introduce training concepts and provide educational resources with an eye towards self-reliance. Therefore, when ready, a SAPT athlete will be prepared to continue training both effectively and independently!
 
Dedication: As a staff, we have committed every effort to providing our clients with programs that are unparalleled in the industry. The integration of training, nutrition and lifestyle are the foundation of achievement in optimal programs. Simultaneously harnessing and developing these three variables ensures that we eliminate any potential weak links in the student-athlete’s chain of success. The end result is a stable and holistic approach to performance enhancement.

Each program is custom-designed and individually tailored to meet the student-athlete's needs, thus producing extraordinary results. Generic programs yield generic and unimpressive results.

Determination: SAPT's coaches and training tools give us the guts and grit to get you to your goals - we're certain of it! We use systematic, scientific, objective assessment tools to monitor each athlete's progress and ensure his or her success. These tools allow us to custom design programs based on individual adaptations and challenges.
